  The service and execution by the Klaus Roofing team far exceeded my expectations. Mario is the consummate professional and went above and beyond on my roof replacement. Communication, timeliness and follow through were great and we could not be happier with the process and end product. Pricing was fair and the materials are the best quality in the industry. Mario presented options for near and long term fixes to address our roof issues and qualified his recommendations. There was zero high-pressure sales tactics and he was careful to make sure we understood the options and were comfortable with the final decision. Carlos and his team worked in +100 degree weather and addressed every question and concern promptly. The level workmanship is top-notch and they provided an all around positive customer experience. Carlos's team left the job site clean and organized and beat their scheduled completion date in spite of the brutal temperatures. The entire crew was professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend Klaus Roofing Systems enough and encourage everyone to consider them for their roofing projects.

  Klaus Roofing to the rescue! After a recent wind and rainstorm, I discovered what appeared to be a roof leak. I called two roofing companies, and Klaus Roofing stood out immediately. They answered my call right away, and the owner, Mario, came to my house the very next day to inspect the attic for signs of a roof leak. My travel plans prevented an immediate repair, but Joe, the roof technician, was able to inspect the problem and apply a temporary seal until I returned. Once I was back, they promptly completed the repair. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to work around my schedule. Dependable, punctual, flexible, polite, helpful, and trustworthy are all words I would use to describe Klaus Roofing. The price I paid was lower than what a friend paid for a similar repair after the same storm. I highly recommend them!
