  Kinsey Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a leak in my plumbing. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The repair was done right the first time and everything was left clean afterward. I’d absolutely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

  I just have to share how wonderful our experience was with Kinsey Plumbing Heating and Air! We finally said goodbye to our groaning, 15-year-old water heater and hello to a shiny new tankless system, and Kinsey made the whole process an absolute breeze. From the moment John came out for the quote, it felt less like a sales call and more like a helpful chat with a knowledgeable neighbor. He didn't just throw numbers at us; he explained everything, asked about our family's routine, and helped us pick the perfect system without any pressure. But the real stars were the installation crew, Shane and Johnny. They showed up with smiles, shook my hand, and immediately laid down runners to protect the floors—a small thing that meant a lot! They worked so hard all day, but were happy to answer my random questions. At one point, my curious dog even came to supervise, and they just gave him a pat and kept working! The best part? That first shower with endless hot water. No more scheduling laundry around showers! It feels like a little luxury every single day. Honestly, we were a little nervous about such a big job, but Kinsey turned it into a positive, stress-free experience. They were professional, kind, and just really good people who do really great work. We're thrilled with our new system and even more thrilled with the company we chose. You can't go wrong with them!

  Had Kinsey plumbing heating and air-conditioning come out and fix my heating issue over this cold weekend. Dalton was phenomenal. Straight to the point got me up and running same day. I will call Kinsey for plumbing or HVAC needs in the future.
