  We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We hired them to install our kitchen backsplash, and we truly could not be happier with how it turned out. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our kitchen! We worked closely with Gilbert Jr. whom was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He was so patient with us while we sampled tiles and understood exactly what we were looking for. He even went above and beyond to meet me in a parking lot after I forgot to pick up the grout samples so I wouldn’t have to turn around and come back. Exceptional service!!! Our installer did an exceptional job and paid so much attention to the little details. Everything was done beautifully, and you can tell he really took pride in his work. We especially appreciated that he listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the placement and overall look. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are SO happy we chose this company. We would absolutely use them again for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality tile work. Thank you for making our kitchen backsplash better than we imagined! ❤️

  EXCELLENT SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS! This is a very late review/post but I definitely wanted to make it. In getting carpet quotes for my elderly mom whose home had water damage, I found Expert Flooring thru the BBB and noted their excellent reviews. I called, left a message & Gilbert called me back within the hour. We met at mom's house where he patiently answered our questions & concerns. After ordering the two different colored carpets, he was flexible on the installation dates & said the moving of furniture, old carpet hauled away, etc., would be taken care of & provided me a detailed estimate. Let me tell you, the crew arrived on time, were professional, courteous and hardworking! They completed the install, plus a small laminate flooring project, within 1 1/2 days & my mom was THRILLED as was our whole family. Gilbert followed up with me via phone call to make sure we were happy with his work & everything was TOP NOTCH!

  Gordon was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent when it came to replacing our old peel and stick vinyl flooring. Max and his group, who installed the floors, were always on time and called ahead before coming over. They worked quickly and carefully and did an awesome job wrapping everything up. Best experience we’ve had with replacing our floors. The pricing was fair and it was a chance to support local. If you want your flooring done right, this is the company to call.

  Gordon was delightful to work with! When I went in, he had already worked up a cost based on the rough measurements I had given him. I was looking a quality carpet that my landlady would approve, but I'm footing the bill (smile), so cost was an important consideration. Everything about comparing, considering padding, reducing costs was discussed in a friendly setting. In fact, the business is in a house. Just a note: When you go there from Elliott Knox, it's best to use the first turn-around on Walnut because it's easy to miss the driveway.
