Expert Flooring replaced the carpet in our three bedrooms this week. The floors look so beautiful and walking on the carpet is like walking on a cloud. I couldn't help but smile when I got out of bed and stepped on the carpet the first morning. Gilbert Jr. was great to work with and provided expert advice. Jose Villa and his installers took great care when moving the furniture in and out of the rooms. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company from start to finish. After spending $7,000, the tile installation has multiple issues, several tiles dip down at the ends because they were not installed properly. One tile was even placed in the wrong direction!!! Additionally, the underlayment mixture was applied hastily and got onto my newly painted walls. When I brought these issues to Gilbert's attention, the company refused to offer a fix. Another professional contractor evaluated the work and stated that the entire installation needs to be redone to correct the errors. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We hired them to install our kitchen backsplash, and we truly could not be happier with how it turned out. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our kitchen! We worked closely with Gilbert Jr. whom was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He was so patient with us while we sampled tiles and understood exactly what we were looking for. He even went above and beyond to meet me in a parking lot after I forgot to pick up the grout samples so I wouldn’t have to turn around and come back. Exceptional service!!! Our installer did an exceptional job and paid so much attention to the little details. Everything was done beautifully, and you can tell he really took pride in his work. We especially appreciated that he listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the placement and overall look. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are SO happy we chose this company. We would absolutely use them again for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality tile work. Thank you for making our kitchen backsplash better than we imagined! ❤️

EXCELLENT SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS! This is a very late review/post but I definitely wanted to make it. In getting carpet quotes for my elderly mom whose home had water damage, I found Expert Flooring thru the BBB and noted their excellent reviews. I called, left a message & Gilbert called me back within the hour. We met at mom's house where he patiently answered our questions & concerns. After ordering the two different colored carpets, he was flexible on the installation dates & said the moving of furniture, old carpet hauled away, etc., would be taken care of & provided me a detailed estimate. Let me tell you, the crew arrived on time, were professional, courteous and hardworking! They completed the install, plus a small laminate flooring project, within 1 1/2 days & my mom was THRILLED as was our whole family. Gilbert followed up with me via phone call to make sure we were happy with his work & everything was TOP NOTCH!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Expert Flooring did! My wood floors turned out absolutely amazing and completely transformed my home. The crew showed up on time every day, came ready to work, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, and made sure everything was done right from start to finish. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and a company that does what they say they’re going to do, I highly recommend Expert Flooring. Thank you for exceeding my expectations—I absolutely love my new floors!
