  I truly enjoyed the Sip & See Realtor event at Meyer Ranch—especially touring the stunning homes by Chesmar Homes. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the wide range of design selections perfectly blends today’s elegant styles with a warm, down-to-earth feel. Liz Gurrola was both fun and informative, and she absolutely delivered the best Realtor gift bags! I’m excited to bring my buyers out to experience these beautiful homes and help them find the perfect fit here.

  My Husband and I are a team in the Real Estate realm. We were invited to Chesmar Homes Open House for Realtors in Meyer Ranch. Liz greeted us, showed us around the Model home and even gave us a beautiful swag bag full of essentials for a realtor and their assistant! Liz was friendly, caring and we would love the opportunity to do business with her in the future. The home out in Meyer Ranch is beautiful, we love that it backs up to a greenbelt.

  Liz at Chesmar Homes Meyer Ranch is phenomenal! She was incredibly welcoming during their Spring Sip & See event, and her Fiesta bags were an absolute hit. Such a great experience all around! If you’re looking for a great deal on a home in the New Braunfels area, definitely reach out to her.

  We are so disappointed in our “new” home we put our live savings into. We are still trying to get things fixed from our walk through during sale in Nov 2022. They redid our floors twice. They redid our master bathroom twice. We have major framing problems. Concrete was under poured in garage even though we pointed it out during construction, so we have large cracks everywhere. We found mold under the flooring they installed incorrectly and screamed at us in our own home that it wasn’t mold, even though they never tested it and promptly destroyed all of it with a diamond sander. Executive management at Chesmar stays far away from our problems. VP of construction told me he doesn’t deal with families problems like ours. I asked to speak to the president of construction and he wouldn’t give me his name even though it’s on their website. Sales guy screwed up and put all our selections on the wrong address. We never got our fireplace someone else did. They never even said sorry about that. I highly advise you to steer clear of Chesmar homes. They do not care about your home or family, and I have plenty of proof if you’d like to come see it.
