The lady I spoke to in the office was very nice and she got us scheduled for a bid very quickly. Excellent communication from the office staff and the folks in the field. Chad came out to look at our home and he was very informative. We’ve had bids from multiple companies and most were nice, one seemed a little sketchy. Chad was extremely nice and gave us advice on what he would do in our situation. He didn’t push his company or give us any PowerPoint presentations. Just straightforward information on their process and how it differs from some of the other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Chad and his team to anyone needing foundation repair.

You can call your homeowners insurance and ask for a static sewer test, or we can refer you to a plumber we work with on a daily basis. We recommend a static sewer test after any foundation repairs to check for possible sewer leaks under the slab.

Is there anything that I need to do to prepare for these repairs?
For interior and exterior repairs; any small items around the area that we will be working should be removed for precaution. For interior repairs, your salesperson or crew supervisor will go over which rooms need to be cleared and/or flooring pulled up.
What about adjustments?
If, after the work is completed, any adjustments are needed to the pilings installed, the adjustments are completed at no cost to the homeowner.
What about my landscaping?
If any plants or shrubs need to be removed we will place them to the side and water them while work is being done, once work is completed we will replant and water them. It is up to the homeowner to take care of the plants after the job is complete. Alamo Hy-Tech does not warranty any plants.
Does someone need to be home?
No, the only time we will need to get into the property is when we are ready to level and this is done near completion of repairs unless interior repairs are needed we will need access to interior of the house. If you are home during the repairs, the job supervisor will help answer any questions you might have, or you may call the office and talk to a salesperson.
How can I expect my concrete patches to look?
Any concrete breakouts will be patched, however; the concrete patch will not match the existing color of the concrete. We will take care to patch it as neat and smooth as possible.
