  Jason was very professional and was able to quickly find the problem and fix it then the compressor didnt start. Instead of just saying I immediately needed to replace the compressor be was able to trouble shoot and cool it off to get it to reset. Also looked up warranty to check just incase. Felt like it was an extremely honest professional technician that was not trying to take advantage of situation. Would use again.

  We had a problem with our central air today. We called Rutty HVAC who has serviced our HVAC needs for 21 years. They arrived 2 hours after our call. Dylan , our technician, was excellent. He explained our problem and the solution. He did an excellent job of having us up and running in a very short time. A very courteous and patient young man. We will continue to keep our business with Rutty due to their excellent service.

  Top tier service. Best techs around. Leah definitely knows what she is doing. Any time I have an issue, I call and instantly have someone at my house no matter what time it is. Will always use Rutty and recommend them to everyone.

  After 30 years our old air conditioner finally gave up. I called Rutty/Morris for a bid. Chad came out the same day and gave us an estimate. Their work crew showed up bright and early today and have completed the job efficiently and neatly . Their professionalism made the process easy and fast. Our new AC has already cooled off or home and we are extremely pleased.

  I have been with Rutty HVAC for over 20+ years. The first system i got with them lasted for almost 15yrs, they came out religiously and maintained the system til it lasted well beyond the warranty date. I got a new inverter system with them 2-3 yrs ago and began having problems about 2 months ago. Tristan and Chad tirelessly worked the Problem. Chad realized I was unhappy with the system, he came out after a text, the next morning he was at my house @0900 and worked the problem til 1230. So far my air works and my house is cool.
