We recently used Rutty HVAC & Refrigeration, LLC to replace 2 complete HVAC units at our home and had an excellent experience. From start to finish Chad was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. He took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and make sure we understood all our options without making us feel pressured. The installation was done professionally and everything was handled with attention to detail. Our installers, Leo and his crew, were great. Chad even followed up with us after hours to make sure that our new systems were functioning properly. I highly recommend Rutty HVAC & Refrigeration, LLC for all your HVAC needs.

Very good service. Kevin did an amazing job figuring out why my ac was leaking. I really appreciate him not trying to get me to pay for things I didnt need as well lol. He fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and that was it. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend ruttys for all your ac needs. If I have any more issues, I'll definitely be giving them a call

After a storm that surged out my ac yesterday we called right away and left a message and hoped we would here from them the next morning. To our surprise they called right back and came out while it was still storming. The gentlman found the problem and said they will call and come the next day. They called this morning and came at the exact scheduled time and fixed the issue in less the 2 hours. They even worked outside with it raining to get our AC back up and running for us. I also used them in May for our new HVAC system and so glad I did. All work today was covered under warranty!! This is the 3rd time I have worked with them and each time I have had different workers and all of them have been great!! Definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs..
