  These guys did great! I called Jacob this morning and told him about a problem we had with our generator not transferring power to the house last night and he was able to get Dan over to find and fix the problem just a few hours after we called. Dan did an excellent job and really knows his business.

  This (my) generator was installed by Old Town back in the Spring of 2018. I’ve had a service contract on it since (08/18/2026). That’s 8.5 years of maintenance service experience. Never a problem exists for Old Town that can not be remedied quickly and effectively to their spec.s, which are higher than mine. They have always been ‘tops’ in appointments and service, and I expect them to continue to be tops in the generator service industry into the future. I believe Jacob, the owner (and original installer back then, cares about his customers, as though we, his customers, were his own family.. Well done Old Town Generator Service! Well done indeed!
