- CHCHRIS HOUSE3 days ago5.0Unfortunately these systems never break down at a convenient time. This was the case Labor Day 2026. I found my ac not working around 1 am. I waited until almost 8 am to call because nobody wants to be called at 1am. The tech was super friendly and had my system back up in about 20 minutes. He even showed me what the problem was and how to maintain that part of my ac unit. Great experience and I would highly recommend Ferrara’s to anyone in need of AC work. Great company!

Austin was courteous and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Got us back up and running within an hour. Awesome experience all around. Y'all have earned us as customers!

What I thought would be a routine service of adding a little coolant to our A/C system turned out to be a thorough inspection of air flow and temperatures at all the vents and an inspection of the insulation in the attic. Austin, our technician, answered every one of our many questions in detail with patience and a smile. Again, a great experience.
