Even though they close at 12:30 on Fridays, I left a message at 2:00 and Lance called me back within 5 minutes and setup technician Ray which on one call fixed my problem, put in a new pump for less than 700.00 and the pump was so quiet unbelievable difference being so quiet. Stupid not to call them first
