  Woke up Sunday morning with no A/C, and Will had us back up and running in no time! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be calling Jon Wayne Company again. Highly recommend!

  I called these guys at 2 o’clock prior to 4 July holiday. Refreshing to get someone friendly in the phone and get us scheduled for a few hours out. We had a team two young guys come out super knowledgeable and took care of us. Pretty tuned in to what things cost and how vulnerable you are when your AC is out and it’s hot. I feel like these guys are Fair and honest.

  We have been customers for many years and are always amazed at the terrific service. Had an air-conditioning problem at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and by 4:30 Devon was there, diagnosed the problem, found the appropriate parts and the unit was up and running shortly thereafter. Saved our weekend! Cannot recommend the Jon Wayne company enough.

  Amazing same day AC service repair by Will. John Wayne is my go to service company for all my lakehouse AC needs. Definitely recommend them for small service calls and large installations.

  Micheal was on time to complete the AC annual maintenance service. I greatly enjoyed having Michael at my home, he exceeded my expectations, he was professional, polite, and amicable, he cares about his customers. During the service process he explained and provided recommendations, answered all my questions and went beyond and above, took care of a couple of items that needed attention, he did not want to leave for others to address, demonstrating a high standard of ethics and diligent customer service a credit to your company. I am in a tight budget and Michael made sure to find the most reasonable option and I greatly appreciated that. Michael is an honest man because of Michael I will not lose my hope on Jon Wayne.
