  In a world where customer service, professionalism, and care for the customer's needs seems to be on the decline the Jon Wayne Company stands apart in providing true caring customer service. The staff is always attentive, professional and caring. Kaitlyn at the front desk is always dedicated to ensuring the customer receives the service they need with a positive, energetic and professional attitude. Every time I have spoken to her I come away feeling like a valued customer rather than just a name on her screen or an account number in the system. She ensures the needs of the customer are communicated to the technicians which is critical to providing quality service not only to myself but any other customer she speaks to. I have had nothing but positive experiences and highly recommend this company.

  Made a call to John Wayne company in a panic .our a/c went down in 108 degree with 16 employees in the building. The absolute sweetest voice answered ,the voice of an angel . Simply assured me that their techs although very busy would do all possible to get to us today..........Bam!!!!! 2 hours later techs show within in 30 minutes had us back up and cooling .....THANK YOU Kaitlyn for being calm in our storm .your kind words and empathy to our situation were truly inspiring ........customer service top notch !!!!!!

  Woke up Sunday morning with no A/C, and Will had us back up and running in no time! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be calling Jon Wayne Company again. Highly recommend!
