  Pashion was so helpful and assisted my husband and I every step of the way. It was our first time buying and we wanted assurance that our home would be everything we expected and more! She answered all of our questions and was very patient and understanding. I highly recommend working with her.

  Great experience with the builder minus some delays. Kendall, our home consultant was wonderful and was with us from start to finish even though she had moved to a different community. Ben, our builder was accommodating to our needs and was great. Communication was hard to come by sometimes though but other than that he was awesome to work with. Our home is exactly what we wanted and Somerville is by far the best floor plan with so many features. Do recommend getting the back sliding door upgrade, it really opens up the home and ties it all together!

  My wife and I met with Eric Howze for a new home consultation in Sienna and had an awesome experience. Eric showed patience and answered our abundance of questions while walking through the different home options. The vast amount of information we were able to gather during the meeting has helped us tremendously as first-time home buyers. We are seriously considering a Chesmar home if we do decide to build in Sienna. Thanks again to Eric and the Chesmar team for going above and beyond!
