  Love living here ever since my purchase just gave a 3 star because I'm a little upset that my fence was damaged in the hurricane and I asked for help to fix it but I was told my fence was not covered however they fixed my neighbors fence because he had yet to fill his "survey" out which I only found out because my neighbor told me. 3 days prior to the hurricane I was urged to fill out the survey which I glady filled my guess is so if anything where to happen to the house they wouldn't help out. I was told by the property manager that their fence was fixed because they had just moved in but my neighbors moved in in February like me.. Found it to be very disappointing newer house and a damaged fence already. Althought they did fix one side of my fence the other side still remains damaged. Besides that everything else is good. Just felt disappointed they pick and choose whose fence they fix.

  Clayton is a very softspoken and understanding personality. I never felt he is selling me a house. We not only felt special about buying it, but also felt that we own it already.

  Beautiful homes but a little pricey, in my humble opinion.
