  Today marks three months since my whole-home repiping was completed, and I have not regretted the decision for a single moment. After experiencing three separate leaks in my 1977 home with galvanized pipes, the peace of mind this work has given me is truly priceless. Everyone who worked in my home was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful. I have three cats and a dog, and the crew was very understanding and careful around them throughout the entire project. That meant a great deal to me and made the experience much less stressful. An unexpected added benefit is that my hot water now arrives much faster and even seems noticeably hotter than before. The entire project has made a huge difference in the comfort and reliability of my home. I would make the same decision again without a second thought. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did and had to suffer through multiple leaks before finally having the work completed. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering repiping their home!

  Horrible customer service and overall experience. I rarely leave reviews, but I have never felt more disrespected by a company employee, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience. After a water heater cleaning, one of the faucets in my house stopped working properly. When I called, instead of investigating the issue, they wanted to charge me extra to "fix" it. I explained that I wasn't asking for free service. I simply wanted them to address a problem that appeared immediately after the work they performed. What made the situation even more frustrating was that they seemed unwilling to believe me unless I had a video proving the faucet was working before the cleaning. After doing a simple Google search, I discovered the issue myself: sediment from the water heater had clogged the faucet, which appears to be a common occurrence after this type of service. I was able to fix it on my own in a matter of minutes. The employee who called me was extremely rude and condescending. He repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to explain the situation and kept interrupting me with "ma'am" in a dismissive tone. I have never felt so minimized or disrespected while trying to resolve a simple customer service issue. To make matters worse, this company was behind schedule on multiple occasions, and both times my service appointment had to be moved at the last minute. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, constant schedule changes, and disrespectful treatment, I cannot recommend this company. There are plenty of other plumbers out there who value their customers and stand behind their work.
