  I am not happy with the experience I have had so far. I feel betrayed by the marketing that there is a possibility for a $40k flex cash to ge me in the door but then I am told that the homes in that community do not qualify (even though that community is listed in the disclaimer for the promo). I also was approved by the lender (as per Stephanie) but no one from the lender has communicated to me. I am concerned about moving forward with this process if they are not going to communicate properly. If this is the experience trying to get in the door then I am afraid of what the actual building process will look like. Stephanie has been as helpful as she can be but we have gotten mixed consistency in responses. I do appreciate the transparency in sharing the HOA guidelines prior to signing so that I could make my decision but I wish they would have shared it prior to pushing that they are required to perform a hard credit pull before continuing to work with me when I already had two other pre-approvals available. It’s been two days since I have supposedly been approved by the lender but no one has shared a cost estimate sheet - how is this possible?! I worked with two other lenders, including a credit union and within two hours I had all of that already.

  We are over the moon in love with our new home and new community! Working with Braden and Stephanie have made this process the easiest after buying our home! Stephanie frame the beginning was so awesome and welcoming! She is just so helpful with everything little question or concern we had! Braden was so awesome with our walk through and so quick when we had went through our warranty process! They are both quick with communication and response! They take action fast to make sure we are happy and satisfied! We have learned so much because of them and happy to have them both to run to with any issues we will have now and in the future! Highly recommend buying a home with them!!
