During the countertop installation, their crew damaged the plumbing coming out of the wall under our kitchen sink. When we brought this to their attention, the company conducted their “investigation” and stated that the installation crew claimed it was already broken before installation and that there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, the damage occurred during their installation, and instead of taking responsibility or working toward a solution, they dismissed the issue. Mistakes can happen, but the quality of a company is shown by how they handle problems afterward. If you’re looking for a company that may leave you with damage, questionable workmanship, and poor customer service after the job is complete, this is the place to go.
