Always on point and take the time to clearly explain what the issue is and how to prevent it from happening again, which I really appreciate. Their communication is excellent—lets us know when they are on their way, and when they arrive, and when the job is complete. Tony is also very kind and professional. Some plumbers who just want to fix the problem and move on, but Tony genuinely cares about helping you understand what’s going on. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest plumber. Thank you for all your hard work!

My advice: Call D&D instead. Edited after their response: To no surprise, calling that number (during business hours!) STILL did not get me a response. Take your business elsewhere. Will update if/when they finally bother to reach out.
