  I can’t say enough good things about R L Roberts Electrical Contractors. We had an emergency situation, and they responded right away when we needed help most. Every single person I interacted with—whether over the phone or in person at my home—was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. That level of care and consistency from an entire team really stands out. On top of the excellent service, their pricing is the best we’ve found in town. It’s rare to find a company that combines quick response times, fair pricing, quality work, and truly wonderful people. We are so grateful for R L Roberts Electrical Contractors and would recommend them without hesitation.

  The whole staff was just awesome! Called in for a service request and immediately came out to service my issue at hand. Spoke with Bobby the owner and was great! Kept me informed throughout the service process. Hands down an amazing team!!!

  I am very impressed with this company. They are courteous, professional, and timely. We installed can lights in two different rooms in our house. They did a stellar job. Everything works and looks great. The estimate they originally provided was in line with the final price. Their communication and service were top notch. I called a few different electrical companies in the area and this company by far was the best. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

  Johnny and Zach provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality and made sure all of my questions were answered. Their knowledge, great communication, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. They definitely represented RL Roberts Electrical very well, and it was clear they take pride in their work and their company. I highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again!

  Funny story, after trying to get an electrician scheduled to do some upgrades and without any luck we were fortunate to have a daughters (actual homeowner)friend refer us to R L Roberts. As our good fortune turns out we were able to get them scheduled right away (after 7pm), in which case two service guys(Mitchell, Johnny) were dispatched to accomplish all our last minute upgrades before dads(Joe) departure back to Illinois. Not only were they professional, personable, but most importantly made every upgrade possible. The daughter took several business cards to refer RL Roberts to neighbors and friends in the Midland/odessa area…..5stars is nearly not enough to state our Happiness with the service we received. Thanks Joe (the dad)
