  Counter sales have little interest in helping customers other than regular account holders. I Personally only use in an emergency.

  Good item selection and good prices. The front staff is awesome but the warehouse staff tends to ignore you like you’re the plague even after you’ve waited for an hour for your order. Some basic communication skills seem to be missing here.

  Extremely slow service and no communication between employees!!!! Took them over a hour to load some wire until I had to push them because they said no one had told them what had to get loaded!!! Hopefully I won’t have to buy or use them.

  We unloaded at this place a load of pipe and the forklift operator, her name was Jennifer, was very rude, when there was no reasin to be. Even when we were through unloading and told her thank you she never responded, just signed our bill of laden and drove away. Hope we never have to deal with her again in our travels, this was the Border States Electrical Supply in Odessa, Tx
