  I filled out the online form for service Saturday morning asking for a quote. Within a couple of hours I got an email back asking if they could send a technician out Monday to give me a quote. I gave them some more information, hoping I could get a quote over the phone or online. Had more communication on Sunday, then Monday Zac came early in the appointed window. All I wanted was to have a breaker replaced, but he went above and beyond with some troubleshooting and found the source of the problem - a short in the hot tub. He also found a loose connection to a breaker in the main panel. I could not be more pleased. Wellott and Zac C are my go-to guys for any future electrical needs.

  Work on new panel instalation finished around 1:20pm, Wellott did not call GPL to hook power back up until 4:15pm. Wellott forgot to hook up my internet line. Wellott had to come back out a week later to fixed a ground wire that "snapped" causing the dryer to stop working. Also, $300 per each nee outlet is a bit much considering one is coming right off the new panel. The only apology I received was for the internet inconvenience. When they came to fix the snapped ground wire, the worker was basically like, "These things happen, it's no big deal." I would not recommend.

  I would recommend Wellott Electric to anyone. I called late at night and Megan answered the phone. She was very helpful and relatable. Marcos came out during the given window, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and fixed the outlet problem quickly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and he was upfront about the cost.

  Cannot recommend Zac highly enough. We had an electrical emergency with a light fixture that shorted out and left scorch marks on the ceiling — a scary situation, especially not knowing what was safe to touch. Zac came out first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and safely removed the faulty fixture. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one clearly, without ever making me feel like I was slowing him down. His experience really showed — he knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he walked in, and he explained what had gone wrong in a way that actually made sense. If you're looking for an electrician who is skilled, professional, and genuinely takes the time to educate his customers, Zac is your guy. We're so grateful for his help and will absolutely be calling him again for any future electrical work.

  Zac and Jack relocated an outlet away from our fireplace renovation, added new outlets above the mantle, above the upper kitchen cabinets, and under the sink, and removed our old under-cabinet fixtures while prepping the wiring for LED tape lights we're installing later. Running power above the upper cabinets and getting wire from below them to above was complicated and could have been done several ways. What I appreciated is that Zac quoted a complete solution that accomplished everything I actually wanted, instead of a shortcut that would have been easier to install and resulted in something less desireable. He talked through the options and tradeoffs without ever talking down to me, even though I was asking for a more involved and more expensive project. He arrived mid-window on work day and front-loaded everything that required the power off, which kept the disruption for everyone in the house short. Part of the job meant cutting through existing tile that's scheduled for removal anyway, and he did it carefully and cleanly. Their work is high quality, the areas were left clean afterwards, and the final invoice had no surprises. We'll definitely use Wellott again.
