Jason. Cory. Receptionist. It's a five star company! I really like working with Cory. When I ask her, she is not afraid to say what looks good or nah. She is very attentive to my needs for my desired looks and always go above and beyond. We definitely vibe together. They have so many selections to choose from and I get to explore through the gallery. Not just this section or that section. My favorite perk is that I usually get my installation price right there instead of waiting a 2 weeks for cost. I love them! I'm a designer and this is my happy place.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience working with Marcie Rousser, who helped me select carpet for my two bedrooms and stairs. From my first call, Marcie was prompt in returning messages and setting up an appointment. The entire process was seamless. I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and patience, especially when I changed my mind. The installation team was also highly efficient and professional. I absolutely love my new carpet, and the results are amazing. Everyone I encountered at Goodwyn was exceptional. Thank you for the fantastic service.

We had a wonderful experience with Goodwyn Flooring, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning to replace or upgrade their floors. A special thank you to Marcie Rousser, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. She promptly gathered several engineered wood flooring samples for us and encouraged us to take them home for a few days. Being able to compare the samples side by side under different lighting conditions throughout the day made it so much easier to confidently choose the right color for our home. We never felt rushed, and Marcie made the entire selection process enjoyable and stress-free. Goodwyn Flooring has an outstanding selection of high-quality flooring options, and the customer service truly sets them apart. If you’re remodeling your home or replacing your floors, this is definitely a store worth visiting. Highly recommended!
