Genzel were our lifesavers! We woke up to our water heater spraying water everywhere & flooding our house. Genzel was able to send someone right away! Parker came out and got us squared away. He was great & even got us connected with a crew to help us repair the water damage!

We received email from the city of McKinney indicating we had a water leak (generated a leak alarm after recoding usage every hour for 24 hours or more). We then contacted Genzel Plumbing. Wyatt from Genzel came out the same day and did a thorough inspection and determined the leak was more than likely somewhere between the street and the house. Wyatt recommended we then contact a company called Leaks LLC to determine exactly where the leak was occurring. Leaks LLC found the leak within an hour. We then called Genzel back and they scheduled us as soon as possible to fix the problem. Wyatt returned and promptly determined the proper fix for the leak and also recommend a new shut off valve. The leak issue was resolved and shut off valve installed as promised. The whole process with Genzel was easy and thorough, along with updates all along the way. I would highly recommend Genzel and specifically for a water leak.

Highly recommend James Plumbing! They are incredibly prompt, efficient, and timely. I’ve used them for my plumbing and pipe repairs, and this time they helped fix my meter leaks. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided an honest quote right away. Communication is top-tier! Very direct and are extremely responsive to both calls and texts. They truly don't play around; they just tell you straightforwardly what they can do and get the job done right. If you need a reliable plumber, definitely call James!
