- DMDoreen MillerSep 26, 20263.0Very friendly sales and customer service team with competitive pricing. I hired them for carpeting. They have a pretty good selection. I definitely recommend them for sourcing your materials. I can’t say the installation job was the best though. I chose a slightly textured pattern and their install guy had a hard time with the seams. They sent him back out to fix it, but it’s still not great.
- JLJodi LustikSep 21, 20265.0We have remodeled 4 bathrooms, tiled our laundry room, tiled our fireplace surround & put in carpet with Dungans. Their work is outstanding and they stand behind everything during the entire process. Communication is superb and we love everything they’ve done!!!
- KNKayla NorthcutSep 13, 20265.0Dungan’s cut a custom area rug for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Before going to Dungan’s, another company strung us along about doing the custom rug before ultimately ghosting us due to the complexity. Tony’s team didn’t hesitate to jump right in - not only did they cut the rug on site to make sure it was perfect before surging it, they also special ordered carpet samples when I didn’t find the exact fit in store to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will be using Dungan’s from here on out!
- JBJohn BondesonSep 1, 20265.0The entire experience was enjoyable from selecting wood flooring and carpet to the installation. Their technicians made the process as easy as possible for us. Tony was a great collaborator and communicator. His expertise and knowledge were extremely helpful.
- LELiz Etheridge-SekerkeAug 21, 20265.0It's never an easy thing to "match" new flooring with existing flooring. We hired Dungan's Floors to take up the tile in our kitchen and perfectly match the existing engineered wood floors from the living room and hallway that opened up into the kitchen, which had been there for many years. I was nervous... but they reassured me and even "threaded" the new kitchen wood flooring into the existing wood floor in the living room, allowing for no threshold and a seamless transition. It is perfect! A delight to work with the two contractors who came out. We will definitely use Dungan's Floors again in the future!! See the Before and After
