  The entire team was a a pleasure to work with. I had been dealing with an automated system with my old service company. Misty was a help in connecting me to Paul who was patient and provided great info over the phone. Follow up from Ance was perfect, he took the time to walk me through the problem and explained next steps very well. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone looking for a fast response and recommendations you can trust.

  Bowdy Mora, Manny Rojas & one other technician came over Sept 10 to run ducting to/from a bedroom+bath suite which was receiving inadequate airflow from an existing AC unit. This included 3 new supply runs + one return, all tied into a different but existing AC unit in another area of the house. The crew designed this in their heads, put it on paper, then pretty much flawlessly constructed it. The finished product works perfectly with this Mother-in-Law suite now receiving proper air conditioning & my 98yr old Mother-in-Law is very happy & very comfortable. Thanks team for a very well done job! 👍

  Extremely Poor Experience — Completely Unacceptable I am extremely disappointed with this company and the service we received. The technicians spent 12 HOURS in our home replacing our old AC system with a brand-new unit. After all those hours, the new AC did not work at all. Honestly, this is unacceptable. If a company sends technicians to install a completely new AC system, I expect them to have the proper training, knowledge, and experience to complete the job correctly. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I had serious concerns about the level of experience and expertise of the technicians who came to our home. They appeared very young, and the way the installation was handled did not give me confidence that they were adequately experienced for such an important job. How does a professional AC company spend 12 hours installing a brand-new system and leave the customer without a working AC? This is beyond frustrating. We trusted this company to do the job properly, and instead we lost an entire day dealing with an installation that resulted in an AC system that doesn’t work. I strongly recommend that the company reconsider who they send out for major installations and make sure their technicians are properly trained and supervised. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this company based on our experience.

  I was referred to Bill Joplin A/C and Heating by my brother who has used them for about 15 years. My system was nearly 20 years old and was limping along. My A/C guy I have used for over 25 years retired and I needed to find a person or company to take his place. I contacted Joplin and within an hour a representative called and set up a meeting for that same day. Grant came by, we discussed my options and while Grant was on primesis we were provided with two manufacturers that they are authorized dealer and service for. THE QUOTE WAS VERY REASONABLE! Joplin is not charging you for bogus TV adds. The quote was good for 30 days. My existing unit had just had a bandaid repair and was working great but the repair was a temporary fix, it could fail at any time. On a Monday, I contacted Grant after 3 weeks to see about scheduling the install. The Installation was scheduled for Wednesday of the same week! As scheduled, the install team lead by Pablo showed up on time. The crew removed and rebuilt the existing system retaining my 18 month old furnace. It was a hot summer day, very hot in the attic. The crew finished in one day. Cleaned up and hauled away all the removed system. I had a slight airflow issue and a service tech Andrew came by. Andrew made some adjustments to the damping and vent registers. This solved the issue. GREAT SERVICE! I am 100% satisfied with the entire process from quote to install. It is so hard to find a company that truly wants to gain a permanent customer and provide that customer with a real value based service.I am sold! I am recommending Joplin Air to anyone who needs a new system or just service and maintenance. TOP NOTCH COMPANY! Marc E. Plano, Texas
