    My a/c lines were clogged causing excessive draining outside. Wanted to get the problem fixed before the pan overflowed into the house . Erik was fast, efficient and explained each step he was doing. The office was able to schedule me the next day for the appointment. Thank goodness since these 104 degree plus days demand a/c.

    This company is very service-oriented and is well represented by Ance, our service technician. He is thorough and knowledgeable and explains any issues and suggested repairs in an easy -to-understand manner. We always ask for him to do our service. We highly recommend Joplin's.

    Carson from Joplin’s was amazing! He let me know he was on his way, arrived exactly on time with his shoe covers on, was super polite, and thoroughly explained everything to me. He even help me with a couple extra things. I always have excellent, outstanding service from Joplin’s no matter who they send out!

    Chris from Bill Joplin performed preventive maintenance on our HVAC system a few days back. He was punctual, polite and thorough in his work. He explained patiently the questions I had on ac drain and other issues. He replaced a capacitor on one of the ac units and installed the filters. Overall, I continue to be very happy with my choice of Bill Joplin’s services. They are among the best HVAC servicing professionals I have come across in my 30 years stay in the DFW metroplex area.

    I called Bill Joplin’s for an HVAC inspection and they explained everything about the service. They texted me ahead of time and the technician arrived Saturday at 8am as scheduled. Greg Whitaker (technician) , was very professional, he explained everything about the system and also gave me a few recommendations. My system passed the inspection and the next visit will be in fall. I recommend Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning & Heating. A professional and honest company with more than 40 years of experience and Greg Whitaker (The technician), that inspected my HVAC system showed proof of this company’s reputation.
