  I had a great experience with Victor today. He was very nice and efficient at his job. I have a cat that likes to escape, so I have to tell any contractors that come in the house to be careful with the front door, and he was GREAT with that. Truly more than 5 stars. We love Joplins and will continue to use them over and over.

  I highly recommend Joplin’s. I am on their program to have my system checked in Spring and Fall before the heavy usage seasons. They check it thoroughly, perform maintenance & keep it running in top condition. Andrew is great to work with & showed me how to use my thermostat for best results! Thank you!!

  The experience was not favorable. I signed up for the maintenance program twice a year. They came out to service the inside unit which includes filter, and the outside unit which includes taking off the panels and washing everything out. He spent 15 minutes in the attic and 20 mins outside. This is literally the third time that they have come out to my house without the proper filter which means I have to make another appointment with a five hour service window waiting for them to show and the access is in my closet so I have to remove everything in the closet so they can access the attic. I also have a mini split which they help repair and install and they were servicing it as well but stopped with that service for some reason and when asked all he said was it’s an extra charge. Which everything is an extra charge but it appeared that applying the extra charge was intended to be a deterrent to him so I did not press the issue. The appointment was to late in the day, the tech was inattentive and not engaged and I was not in any mood to quibble about anything after I found out that they did not come with the proper equipment ie… filter. It really seemed like a waste of time, mine and theirs. And now I have to do it all over again for the filter that I paid for but did not receive.

  The ability to schedule via the online portal that was sent via a text request / reminder was quick and simple. I received a text reminder about this service appointment the day before, and a text the day of the appointment to inform me that the tech was on the way with an ETA. There was also a link to track the technicians ETA. All of this worked flawlessly. Jose was very polite, professional, and effective in completing the annual check-up of my air conditioning equipment. He completed a thorough check-up and then informed me of what he checked and his findings; everything is working properly. Thank you, Jose and the Bill Joplin’s team.

  We had to replace a 2-ton upstairs unit and repair our 5-ton unit. We got a referral to contact Joplin’s after getting a much more expensive quote from another company. After the new 2-ton unit was installed on a Friday, something went wrong on Sunday. Joplin’s responded and had a tech at our house before noon to assess the problem. Even though they couldn’t directly attribute the problem to the install, they offered to order a new thermostat and install it at no charge. It is very difficult to still find companies that go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Charlie, Jesus and Kyle (the techs), and the installation crew were all kind and took the time to explain everything. Thank you Joplin’s!
