  Brayan was fantastic. I had called to get my tankless water heater fixed. He was knowledgeable and transparent in his work. This is the second time I used Benjamin Franklin and will continue doing so for my plumbing needs.

  We had a toilet replaced. Cody did an excellent job and as always he was very professional and very detailed in his work. We will always use Cody from Benjamin Franklin.

  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Chris McCutchen for going above and beyond yesterday. I was on my way to complete an Instacart order when I had a blowout. Chris stopped to see if he could help me change my tire, but unfortunately I didn’t have a spare. Instead of simply driving on, Chris helped me load the groceries into his car, helped me finish the order, and then took me back to my car. He even told me that if there was anything else I needed, I could let him know. Chris was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely went out of his way to help a complete stranger when he absolutely did not have to. His kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes, and I am so grateful that he stopped. People like Chris are a reminder that there are still good people in the world. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond and for treating me with such kindness!

  This was a NIGHTMARE, worst possible. Long story short, we had lost water pressure. Called the BEST (or so we thought) Plumber in Mckinney. We have used them before. They tell me I need a new PRV (pressure release valve) and it will cost $3,800--Expensive but we authorized the work. They turn water off and start digging, and they tell me they cannot find the PRV and need to stall a new water line--$9,800. OMG-- water shut off, yard a mess and I have no other options. They did the work, and replace yard ( left it a total mess). Next day I have zero water pressure for my lawn sprinklers. I call my handy man and he finds a 1 inch sprinkler pipe Ben franklin broke when they filled in their trench (improperly) AND he found the PRV 18 inches from my main water line!! I spent an EXTRA $6,000 because of Ben Franklin's incompetence!!!! Their supervisor tells me that can't look underground everywhere!! BF does a lot of work in Stonebridge, and should know how to locate this valve.! The Company offered me $200 for my troubles, which does not even cover the cost of MY handyman PRV valve is located next to white stake in top left of Photo BE VERY CAREFUL
