Devin at Franklin Plumbing was an outstanding plumber! He understood our concerns, drafted a plan to fix our toilet and was an excellent communicator! We feel very fortunate he was here to recommend and install the solution. It’s been several weeks and everything is still working fine. Many thanks for a personable and technical craftsman!!!

Our 1960s era home has 1960s era outdoor spigots that are now not working well. Benjamin Franklin and Jeffery Larson have been handling the replacements as we’re slowly getting it done. Everything has been just great! Service has been on time and so professionally done. Benjamin Franklin may not be the “cheapest” in town but they are, by far, the best! So worth it! No more leaks, no more worries!

I had a toilet and two water heaters replaced. Mike Pack was the technician who was a complete professional, down to earth and easy to talk with, and took the time to explain all my options (with no pressure). Same as his co-worker Conner. Scheduled service for the next day and Mike and Conner were able to get everything done in just over half a day. Left everything clean and walked me through final inspection. Will call Benjamin Franklin for future plumbing needs.

Just No. I woke to my upstairs bathroom having a leak, my cabinets were full of water and any containers in the sink were full. The overflow of water unfortunately went down to the first floor where I noticed a dripping noise and the sheet rock on the ceiling was wet. They were able to send a tech asap but the experience was lack luster. He spent a couple hours fiddling around and just couldn't find the leak. - I was told maybe it was a full 2 oz bottle of perfume that had spilled over. (Causing a leak) - hair products on thr sink may have been the cause of the leak - there wasn't anything there. He did ask to cut a piece of the sheet rock down stairs to check for the leak but didnt conceal that no patching or even a referral for patching my wall would be provided. He opened my ceiling (said yep its wet but I don't know why) and then left the mess of the dry wall everywhere didnt clean it nothing just left it on the floor for me to clean. After time wasted it was determined that it was a. - fluke - maybe I didnt have a fan on in the shower etc. 30 minutes later the leak starts right back up. Instead of coming back out he said just send a Pic vs coming back to check the source. I said no you need to identify the source so this can be corrected- i didnt waste nearly $300 for a up in the air diagnostic test. So he came back. The issue - the faucet - the valves - which he couldn't replace because I didnt have valves. (Why would I? Dont plumbers supply and replace this) - an hvac line that was backed up (maybe) Not feeling sure about this process - I called someone else. They arrived the next day spotted the issue in less than 15 minutes and I'll happily give them my money for a repair. The tech was seemingly nice but did try to gaslight me with the bs of perfume, oil or an exhaust being the culprit. Overall lesson learned and never again.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing helped me when I really needed it. After discovering a small leak in my outdoor main water line, I attempted to fix it myself. Which I happened to make a small problem into a larger one. We had no water because I had to shutoff the city water meter to the house when attempting to correct it. My family needed water at it was 7 pm on a Saturday. We called about five other plumbers and they all wouldn’t make it tonight. We then called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent out their plumber almost immediately, Jeffery Larson. He corrected my large mistake and my family had water again. Thank You!!!!
