  We had such a great experience working with Noriko throughout our home-buying process with Ashton Woods! She was incredibly patient, and genuinely cared to find us our right home. This process in the past for us has not been very easy and a tad stressful but they proved that statement wrong this time around. We truly appreciate the whole team (Dustin and Dillon) in helping making this such a smooth and exciting process.

  Just finished building our 3rd home in the last 13 years. With all the competition amongst the home builders that are out there, Noriko Cooper with Ashton Woods Sales Rep at Aster Park, stood out from the rest of the other builders. Right from the beginning of the transaction, she was nothing but professional, warm, accommodating, welcoming, and understood what we were looking not just in a house but a home. She hit it out of the park after all the builders that we spoke to competing for our business. She is an asset to the Ashton Woods brand! We also thought quite highly of the person Dustin in financing as well as Dillion, who is the construction manager, both very responsive and just as receptive to all our questions and concerns before,, during, and after move-in.

  Noriko Cooper was absolutely amazing throughout our home buying journey. We honestly wouldn’t be in our home today if it weren’t for her. After the quick move in home we wanted sold, she never gave up and worked hard to find us another home that fit our needs and stayed close to our budget. She was always available to answer our questions, even on her day off. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care for her clients truly stands out. Thank you, Noriko, for going above and beyond!   We had such a wonderful experience working with Noriko in McKinney. From the very first time we toured the model home earlier this year, we were impressed with the quality, design, and value of this builder in the Aster Park community. It truly felt like a semi-luxury builder experience with thoughtful options and details that made the home feel special. Noriko helped us from start to finish and was always friendly, professional, responsive, and respectful. We are very detail-oriented buyers, and throughout the process we shared quite a bit of feedback and asked many questions. Noriko was always open, patient, and willing to help us work through any concerns. It was exciting to watch our house grow from breaking ground all the way to closing day when we received the keys. Noriko and the construction/project manager went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and taken care of. The customer service experience was absolutely phenomenal, and we truly appreciated the care, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Noriko and the Ashton Woods team!
