  Noriko Cooper was absolutely amazing throughout our home buying journey. We honestly wouldn’t be in our home today if it weren’t for her. After the quick move in home we wanted sold, she never gave up and worked hard to find us another home that fit our needs and stayed close to our budget. She was always available to answer our questions, even on her day off. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care for her clients truly stands out. Thank you, Noriko, for going above and beyond!   We had such a wonderful experience working with Noriko in McKinney. From the very first time we toured the model home earlier this year, we were impressed with the quality, design, and value of this builder in the Aster Park community. It truly felt like a semi-luxury builder experience with thoughtful options and details that made the home feel special. Noriko helped us from start to finish and was always friendly, professional, responsive, and respectful. We are very detail-oriented buyers, and throughout the process we shared quite a bit of feedback and asked many questions. Noriko was always open, patient, and willing to help us work through any concerns. It was exciting to watch our house grow from breaking ground all the way to closing day when we received the keys. Noriko and the construction/project manager went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and taken care of. The customer service experience was absolutely phenomenal, and we truly appreciated the care, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Noriko and the Ashton Woods team!

  Noriko has been fantastic through this process. Weekends, off days it doesn't matter you can always contact her and she'll help out. The builder Dillon is also just a dudes dude. Excited for this neighborhood, if you have kids join us over in aster park ! 😉

  Working with Noriko as a realtor representing my first-time homebuyers was a great experience from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in my clients every step of the way. The construction updates were top notch — we always knew exactly where we were in the process and never felt out of the loop. Noriko also helped negotiate a great deal for my clients, which as their agent I really appreciated.   Me and my wife are first time homebuyers and Noriko Cooper was super helpful, making the process as easy as possible. She gave us regular construction updates and helped to make accommodations when closing day conflicted with my work schedule. We love our new house!
