  Impeccable work. We had a concealed leak that went undetected for four years before it was finally discovered in February 2026. We had to hire an attorney and go through the entire remediation process for the damage caused by the leak. After doing a lot of research, our Mold Assessment Consultant, Hector, recommended both RestoPros and another company. After speaking with Mr. Araujo, we immediately felt more confident in him and decided to move forward with RestoPros. As a younger woman, I sometimes worry that companies will take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but that was never the case with Mr. Araujo. He was incredibly patient, explained every step of the process as many times as I needed, and always treated me with courtesy and respect. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel as stress-free as possible. When it came time for the remediation, he and his team of young gentlemen were hardworking, professional, and well-mannered. They took pride in their work, kept everything clean, and delivered outstanding results. There was a time when we thought we would always be afraid of mold returning, but after seeing the quality of their work, we finally feel comfortable in our home again. I could honestly tear up just thinking about how many fears disappeared because of the care and professionalism they showed us. I can’t thank Mr. Araujo and his team enough. If you’re looking for a company that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right, I wholeheartedly recommend RestoPros.

  Amazing service! It was my first time having dealt with a Home Damage Insurance Claim & Armando kept me informed throughout the process whenever I had any questions; making it easy & straightforward. The mitigation team did a fantastic job as well; very quick & professional service. Highly recommend!

  We had water damage in the bathrooms of our house - ceilings and walls. Armando, Roosevelt, and Sergio responded quickly and effectively to provide mitigation services. RestoPros RGV worked with our insurance company providing needed documentation. They explained each part of the process and made sure we didn’t have unanswered questions. Would recommend. We plan to contract with them for the restoration phase as well.

  I was away when my kitchen pipe broke and flooded by home. I called Restpro and immediately was given professional advise before even signing the contract. We are almost a week and a half into the project and the service has been outstanding! I highly recommend this company!
