I was excited to walk into a place that could potentially be our home in the near future. I was not expecting to get an approval right away, I knew there were things we would have to work on BUT I felt very rushed into applying after talking about our situation with Andrew Ferri. After applying I wanted to see homes that way we could get a feel and really look at what we were wanting to work towards. Once we got our answers I strictly asked Andrew if we could we’re going to be able to look at anything at all and he spread his hand out to the office/model home and said “this is pretty much it what you’re looking at” honestly that’s a big hit on my credit just to not be able to look around and see if that’s even a place I wanted to work towards. It’s negligence and discrimination. Because of the lack of showing us anything before running my credit and not showing me anything even after running my credit I do not recommend working with him at all. That is not how you run a business and not somewhere I would want my first home to be.

Working with Andrew and Starlight Homes was a pleasure. They were responsive and professional through the entire process.
