  do not buy a house from this company they will not fix nothing even though you're under a structural warranty they will not fix it. They build a house is way too fast. There is so many problems with electrical and also with the house moving a lot. I have upstairs a vanity that is pulled away from the wall. The house was built in 2022 that should be happening. I called to get them fixed. They sent an engineer out the engineer halfway did his measurements. He never looked upstairs at measurements downstairs and said nothing was wrong. They will not fix it. This is just a fair warning.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! All the residents here have been charged for HOA violations without prior notice. THIS IS A NEW COMMUNITY AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ANYONE GUIDANCE ON HOA BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BUILT OUT AT THE TIME. THEY ARE CHARGING EVERYONE VIOLATIONS. They are stealing! Do not move to this community. We received our first letter months later and now our account is in collections. We’ve spoken to the neighbors and they are all experiencing the same thing. STARLIGHT HOMES / HYMEADOW must be investigated.
