  We couldn't be happier with our experience buying our dream home at Regency Ranch by Chesmar Homes. From the very beginning, Hunter, our Sales Manager, made us feel like family. He was always honest, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home. By the end of the process, he truly became a friend to our family. Mike, the Construction Manager, is simply incredible. He is like a superhero in his field. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality exceeded every expectation. He takes so much pride in his work, and it truly shows in every corner of our home. The quality of our home completely won us over. Every interaction with the Chesmar team was positive, and we always felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you to Hunter, Mike, the entire Chesmar team, and the leadership for making our dream home a reality. This has been, without a doubt, the best home-buying experience we could have asked for.   Purchasing from Stephan Tiller and the CHESMAR team (Jose, Julie, and Tony) has been the best home building and purchasing experience I have had in 10 years’ worth of purchasing homes. The team was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Stephen and Jose kept me well informed through the whole process on a weekly basis answering any and all questions my family may have had. Julie was an integral part of our selecting our finishing items and completely simplifying the process in general which made things much more efficient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend CHESMAR to all my friends and family!

  We purchased a home about a year ago from Stephen Tiller at Wortham Oaks. Chesmar is a quality builder and has beautiful open floor plans. What a great buying experience from start to move in and after!
