  We couldn't be happier with our experience buying our dream home at Regency Ranch by Chesmar Homes. From the very beginning, Hunter, our Sales Manager, made us feel like family. He was always honest, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home. By the end of the process, he truly became a friend to our family. Mike, the Construction Manager, is simply incredible. He is like a superhero in his field. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality exceeded every expectation. He takes so much pride in his work, and it truly shows in every corner of our home. The quality of our home completely won us over. Every interaction with the Chesmar team was positive, and we always felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process.   Hunter Weakley was very personable and gave me the details I was looking for prior to touring with my U.S. military Veterans from the medical community. The homes at Regency Ranch are on one acre...a big selling point. The community is quite and pristine. I was impressed with the quality and floor plans, as well as the accessories and features. The Grant has a smart design with excellent flow and comfortability with 3,822 square feet in living space. I look forward to touring again with my buyer clients! 🌳🏠💃🏼

  We purchased and built our Chesmar home almost a year ago and our experience was great. It was a joy to work with our sales rep, Steven. He made the whole process feel very comfortable and easy. Steven was refreshingly grounded, humble, honest, funny, and always a pleasure to talk and interact with. Chesmar builds great homes having creative and thoughtful design layouts with functionality and beauty. Will be sticking with Chesmar as our first choice for any future home purchase.
