  During our new house build, our contractor referred us to HC Floors & More for our flooring and tiling, and eventually, HC Floors supplied our lighting fixtures as well. We made the initial appointment, and after meeting Kimmy, Donnie, and their staff, we knew that we wanted to work with them. When we met, they were in the process of moving the company from its old location to its current location on North Ridge Road. Even in the midst of the move, their discernible style was apparent, and suited us well. After getting an idea of our vision, Kimmy began gathering samples for us, and helped us refine our selections. It is important to say that while other companies and designers would have limited the amount of time spent with us to the blocked appointment window, that was not the case at all with Kimmy. She unselfishly spent her time with us (many hours, over at least four appointments), making us feel as if we were her only and most important clients. Kimmy, Donnie, and their team are patient, kind, professional, and talented designers and installers. Their work is of quality and precision, and shows attention to detail. They not only provided our flooring, tiling, and lighting, they helped us realize our dream for our new home. Our experience with HC Floors & More, and with Kimmy in particular is overwhelmingly positive. We have only praise for HC Floors & More, and recommend them to everyone building or remodeling. Thank you for helping us make our new house a home!

  Kimmy and her team knocked it out of the park! We needed some flooring and painting done on our second home and could not be there all the time. They went above and beyond getting in and getting the work done quickly and perfectly.

  We have been wanting a new kitchen floor for a long time but didn't know which company to call. A friend recommended HC Floors after they had done some remodeling for her. So happy we contacted them. Kimmie and Donnie were great at helping us choose our new floor and redesign our half bath. There were a few surprises while demolishing the old tile and wood floors but Donnie handled it with his calm professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with the final result. Looks like a new house! Would definitely recommend Kimmie and Donnie of HC Floors for any home makeover.

  HC Floors did a fabulous job and did what they said they would do. They had very professional men working for them and they did a great job. They were fast and the only slow up was for my addons that just appeared that you don't know about till you tear into your house. Donny and Kimmey are great people and are the best to work with.
