His genuine and straightforward approach with customer centric thinking makes him an absolute delight to work with! He is the best out there in HVAC business and love working with him always! An absolute 5/5 star person and organization!

  2/12/2019. Warm and toasty in my house right now, thanks to Custom Air Systems, and in particular, thanks to Paul M. Paul is the man. On time, friendly, knowledgeable (gave tips on maintaining my unit), affordable, works fast, works quietly and efficiently, kept work area clean, conversational but didn't try to upsell me every other sentence....all the things.....all the things a customer looks for in a repairman and company.
