  Beware buying Chesmar homes. They hide a lot of problems with home. Haven't even had my home a year and so many problems since day one. They sub out work and mess up building homes and when you have them come out and fix what they did wrong they make it worse. They don't care about quality. They use cheap materials and do mickey mouse work.

  We are currently in the building process of our new home. Nicole and her team has been AMAZING during this process!! Very professional, accommodating, and creative. Highly recommend going to see Nicole and her team for your dream home!

  Im going through the building process with Chesmar and Nicole and it has been a great first time experience. Nicole is always there and willing to help. She makes the process fun and exciting and help me pick out some great selections. She has the best snacks and the best music playing in her model!

  If 10 Stars were available the service would without a doubt be 10 Star Quality! Working with Nicole Jones to start the home buying process was AWESOME! Always available and a true Professional. Chesmar Homes definitely has a STAR in their arsenal.

  Nicole was easy to work with, even when clients were not sure what they were looking for. She worked quickly, as we were on a time crunch. We left better informed and she followed up with me in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!
