  Beware buying Chesmar homes. They hide a lot of problems with home. Haven't even had my home a year and so many problems since day one. They sub out work and mess up building homes and when you have them come out and fix what they did wrong they make it worse. They don't care about quality. They use cheap materials and do mickey mouse work.

  I am a veteran and first time homebuyer. Of course going in I had millions of questions,nervousness and just first time jitters. This is a huge decision and you want to feel like your in the hands of someone who is not just trying to get a paycheck you want someone who has your best interest at heart and truly passionate about what they do. Nicole is that person. From the first time I walked in she made me feel comfortable and made the process so simple for me. Whenever I had more questions she got right back to me even on her off day. Most of all she was up front, honest and didn't make me feel pressured or rushed to do anything. No matter how big or small or how many times I wanted to just come by and see everything i picked one more time. She remain patient and kind with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with her. Now my home is currently being built and I have no doubt that I will love it.

  Nicole was easy to work with, even when clients were not sure what they were looking for. She worked quickly, as we were on a time crunch. We left better informed and she followed up with me in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!
