  Chesmar Homes was the Perfect builder for me. Their entire process was seamless. I have visited plenty of builders and I love how the design center is on-site. It’s saved me time and the selection were top quality. I got to select everything I wanted in my home. Being a sales professional myself with another builder, working with Nicole was the BEST. She delivered the level of knowledge and professionalism every home buyer deserves. She made it easy and comfortable for me to step in the buyers shoes. I’m super excited to be a resident of Meridiana and a homeowner of Chesmar Home!

  In our home search, we valued a place and setting that truly focused on our concerns and desires. Chesmar's Nicole Jones is doing that for us. From day one, she has been transparent, responsive, direct, and welcoming. She did not hard-sell us with relentless and typical "shady salesman tactics". We are at the very beginning stages of the process, but Nicole has laid out a realistic setting and timeline that is meeting our needs.

  Not a good quality builder & NOT trustworthy: Originally came to Chesmar in Meridiana to inquire about a home for my father in law back in August. They were having a veteran’s special ($100 earnest) so we took advantage. During the writing of the contract they stated that if there were any problems with him closing that it WOULDN’T be a problem with him getting his $100 back. Well he didn’t continue with getting the house so we went back and inquired how do we get his $100 money order back. Not too long after that we decided to buy with Chesmar because the earnest was only $1000. They had an inventory home that was in the second phase of building. While seeing the home come together we came into a lot of problems with how the home was being finished. No communication with the Construction/Project mngr for months. When it was time to do a walk through, that’s when he decided to introduce himself to us months after we had already signed the contract. Our needs was not getting met and overall the home was put together VERY POORLY. We too eventually backed out the deal. Now we are too inquiring about our refund from our earnest money. It’s been months and Chesmar has been lying to us about refunding our $1000 & my father in law still hasn’t received his $100. Chesmar as a builder/company has no integrity abt how they build their homes or how they treat their buyers. AGAIN They‘ve been lying to us for months just to refund our money. I would not EVER recommend NO ONE to build or buy from Chesmar homes.
