  Quality is lacking. Found countless issues after we bought the house. Loose nails and trash hidden in the insulation. Went to the warranty department for about Twenty issues. They "fixed" majority of the issues. One issue, had a hole in the wall and their fix was to cover it with a small piece of tape. They will lie and tell you the work is done but they are just lazy. I'm still waiting for my warranty issues to be resolved, the ticket was put in around December of 2025. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Chesmar homes.

  We purchased the Middleton model because of its spacious, modern kitchen, high ceiling and the thoughtful layout that separates the living and dining areas—all complemented by a beautiful, uninterrupted waterfront view. We were looking for a home that felt efficient, comfortable, and truly welcoming—a place where we could immediately feel at home. Chesmar Homes delivered on all fronts. From the quality of the finishes to the smart use of space, every detail felt intentionally crafted to enhance livability. One of our initial concerns was how responsive the builder would be after closing. It’s not uncommon to hear stories about builders who disappear once the paperwork is signed. That concern quickly faded after we met our construction manager, Denny. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly proactive. When we mentioned a few minor issues with the yard, Deny had a crew out the very same day to take care of it. His commitment to follow-through was a refreshing and reassuring experience. We’re genuinely thrilled with our purchase and feel confident knowing Chesmar stands behind their work. The combination of thoughtful design, build quality, and post-sale support has made our transition seamless—and reaffirmed that we made the right choice.
