  We have trusted TDAC for our HVAC maintenance and repairs for over two years now. In our experience, their technicians are always honest, efficient, and pleasant to interact with. The first time we called HVAC was for a second opinion on the state of our A/C system - the first company we called claimed that we needed a completely new system and after being asked directly if anything else could be done to salvage our current system, they said no. The next day an HVAC technician came out and found the actual source of the problem - a quick repair, couple hundred dollars for parts and labor. Two years later and the system is still running just fine with regular maintenance. On another occasion, we were having problems with our furnace in the winter. We called out a TDAC technician who got the system running again quickly, but recommended we get a part replaced or we could risk the system failing again within a couple of weeks. Against my better judgement I refused the preventative service, and just like the technician predicted, the system went out again a week and a half later. TDAC was able to quickly get the part in that my system needed and get it replaced for a very reasonable price, and now when a TDAC technician recommends preventative maintenance, I will make sure to listen. Most recently we interacted with Clayton who, in typical TDAC fashion, got our old system running again quickly. I appreciated his friendly demeanor despite having to work in our attic on the hottest day of the year, and that he put up with my questions. As first-time home owners, my wife and I are very thankful that we have TDAC as a resource that we can trust and rely on for our HVAC services. Would highly recommend them.

  Well to start, TDAC had installed my system in 2012, when the old system gave it up. They were professional and accommodating. It was around early summer and the weather was getting hot. It took 2 days to remove old Sys and install the new one and we been cool ever since. We have used TDAC for all maintenance on the system and it still going strong after 16 years. When the time comes upgrade to a new system, will be giving TDAC a call

  We have used TDAC for 17 years. They installed our original units when we built the house. They have serviced the units yearly since. We replaced the units this year and technology has certainly changed. They are whisper quiet. Every HVAC tech they have ever sent is courteous, efficient and on time. Scheduling with Penny always quick and easy. Travis is hands on and responsive. Highly recommend!

  TDAC and Ben found the ac problem and replaced the motor the same day. Ben thoroughly cleaned out the inside of the condenser and did a great job fixing the problem. I will definitely call them again.
