  Thomas Hutchison, our electrician, was personable, reliable and found the issue right away. He repair a burned outlet that was impacting several others areas. Once the repair was restored he noticed our circuit breaker box did not have a surge protection as is code. Our home is only 5 years old. We will follow up with the builder but will likely have Mr. Sparkys add this additional measure to protect electrical and major appliances for a long warranty time. My appointment was originally set for a Monday, but Thomas called and said he could come the next morning instead, Sunday. We're relieved and appreciative for the amazing work & repair. Great service and knowledgeable in sharing what we needed and about surge protection. We will be getting that service done this summer for added storm protection. Very reasonably priced for parts & labor.

  A Mister Sparky technician (Mr. Tom Hutchinson), came to do some electrical work for me today. I am happy to say that I received exceptional service and professionalism from this gentleman. And last, but not least, for the amount of work that I needed, the price was fair. Kudos to you Mister Sparky.

  I recently had a ceiling fan installed in my living room by Mr. Sparky, and the entire experience was excellent. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained the installation process clearly. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The new fan looks great, runs quietly, and has made a big difference in the comfort of our home. I appreciate the quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical work.

  During the recent storm, a tree fell and damaged our electrical service and panel. We called Mister Sparky⁠, and they responded right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They quickly made the situation safe and completed the repairs with excellent workmanship.
