My experience with Factory Showcase Homes has been exceptional from the beginning working with Lessley made everything smooth with her always answering all the questions. She went out of her way to explain the process and even provided videos I requested, she was wonderful to work with. Transportation to Arkansas, while it was difficult, Bryan was diligent in getting everything pieced together from transport to setup and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking to downsize and thinking about a tiny home get in touch with Lessley, you’ll be happy you did!

We are extremely happy with our tiny house! If you’re looking to purchase a tiny house, this is the place to go. Lessley was extremely helpful & very quick to respond with every question we had, and she has designed some great floor plans. We will absolutely be customers again in the future! You can view ours & even spend a few nights in it to decide if these tiny houses are right for you! And yes, that is a King sized bed! It's been about 3 months now since my daughter walked into the showroom and picked out two adorable tiny homes at factory showcase. That's also when we met Leslie. Since then this entire experience has been so pleasant and so easy it's been almost unbelievable. We purchased two homes with quite a few updates and additions. Labor ready and built within approximately 4 weeks. Once they were ready we had a chance to finally view the finished product. They were everything we could ask for and more. I have never been happier with any purchase I've ever made. Leslie was kind, professional and beyond patient with us through this entire experience. She seemed to make everything so easy when I'm quite sure at times it was not. I cannot strongly recommend purchasing here enough. Both the product and the service is unmatched. We will forever be grateful to Leslie and her team. Thank you so much guys!

I purchased my tiny home from Factory Showcase Homes. Had the best experience with this company and the sales agent Lessley Vining. She stayed on top of everything and kept me updated. When we weren't able to sell our house and are tiny home was completed they were able to store it on property for us at no cost. This was a great benefit. There homes are reasonably priced and a great product. We could not be happier with our new home.
