I’ve been dealing with crap 💩 floating out the showers/ tubes/ anytime we turned the sinks on 💩 & piss was every where, and coming out the floors! 13 days of dealing with it, and he came to the rescue! He even allowed to me ask questions and record his amazing work. Maybe I’ll be a plumber one day 🤔 lol. Thank you Mr Travis! You’re the BEST! I would recommend you to anyone! He even cleaned my showers!

They were able to quickly and easily diagnose the issue and answered all of our questions. Then when we needed additional help at the last minute to prove this issue to our builder, they rearranged their schedule in order to get their team out to represent us. They truly went above and beyond for us when most companies would've just said "sorry, we're busy". After other plumbers wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t give us clear estimates or timelines, we decided to give Bow Tie Plumbing a shot, and WOW we are customers for life! First, Travis took my call and was so kind. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone, and when I told him we had a current leak he was able to get someone out to our house SAME DAY without charging me some outrageous fee. Kelton was our plumber, and he was spectacular to work with! It was very clear he knew what he was talking about, and he answered my endless questions, and helped give us great insight into our particularly difficult house. I especially appreciated after having him look over both of our challenging bathrooms, and telling him we had 50+ year old copper pipes throughout the house, that he didn’t try and upsell us on anything. He gave us the facts, told us what was looking a little sketchy and what looked stable, and got to work! TLDR: If you need a plumber who knows their stuff, isn’t going to upsell you, is respectful, and will get the job done right the first time, Bow Tie Plumbing is absolutely who you want to call!
