  Rex did a great job on a few of my handyman tasks including fixing my door threshold, installing a ceiling fan and mounting a TV. Highly recommend Rex and Ace Handyman. I will be calling them again soon!

  We have used Ace Handyman Services Southwest many times and have been very satisfied with the services and technicians until Monday, April 20th. We were scheduled for the first appointment at 8:30 am. We have pets that we crated at 8:15 am in preparation for the technician’s arrival. We did not hear anything from Ace and finally around 11 am called to ask why the technician hadn’t arrived, we were told he chose to go to his 2nd appointment first and was still there. He finally arrived at 1 pm. Ace should have contacted us that he would not be arriving at our scheduled time, but nothing was done to notify us. We are very disappointed that they didn’t find it necessary to let us know about the appointment change. Very poor customer service and we have decided that we will no longer use their services.

  Bret found a solution to be able to lock an old gate to our backyard and Eric installed the new hardware. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with.
