- VHVictoria Santa Cruz HendonSep 16, 20261.0We were lied to multiple times during our home building process. The contrustion manager Craig did not have answers and would just tell us yes. Later we would find out what he told us was wrong information. They waited till our closing day to complete our walk through then they were unable to fix any of the issues. After we closed they ignored our request to have the issue's from our walk through repaired. It took 7 months and the construction manager being removed to finally get the repairs completed along with a gas leak we had in our house for 7 months. We are now in the process of trying to submit warranty repair claims and again we are being ignored. Our roof looks like it has waves. The Warranty person Kobe visited and tried to tell me it was cosmetic. I hired an inspector and it was found that the rafters were not nailed down on one side. The rafters are now warping and pushing up on the roof causing the waves in the roof. The rafter can not be nailed down at this point. They will have to removed our roof to repair this. If they try to nail it the pressure from it being warped can cause the rafters to break. I have been told 5 different times via text that I will get a call back to schedule a contractor (They will not answer phone calls) and we have not heard back from them.
