  We had Mica from Bradbury Brothers out to work on our air conditioning system and thermostat, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Mica was the absolute definition of a professional. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to properly diagnose our AC system and get everything running flawlessly. He also got our thermostat working perfectly, making sure we fully understood how to use it before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his respectful, friendly attitude while working in our home. It is rare to find a technician who is both highly skilled and genuinely customer-oriented. Bradbury Brothers has a real asset in Mica. We highly recommend them, and specifically Mica, to anyone looking for exceptional service!

  Bradbury Brothers has been absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They provided service and a free consultation for my HVAC and water heaters, which I really appreciated. Trey, Mark, and Darrel were terrific. They took their time to make sure I fully understood the systems and offered pragmatic, professional advice that was easy to follow. Their service and communication were outstanding throughout the entire process.   I’m new to the area and simply chose these guys because they’re down the street from my neighborhood. It was a good choice. The technician was on time and called 30 mins before showing to make sure we would be home. The A/C is working, but it is old and I just needed to have it checked out. The tech was very diligent and explained everything, as I was following home around like a puppy, because I’m very interested in my home and its systems and how to keep them running smoothly. And Juan Chavez was extremely helpful in that. He explained what he was doing and what readings are good and bad. He checked the air and temperature flow through the air plenum in the attic. And he also checked the pressures at the outside unit. Everything was working great for an older unit. He did make some recommendations for some minor repairs, which I was able to complete myself. But I will definitely be using these guys again. Professional and friendly. I would recommend them to a neighbor.

  We had an electrical issue, possibly pool- and certainly safety-related. Pool repair tech replacing our pool pump had noticed delayed shutoff of one system even with the circuit breakers off. I was concerned for the safety of everyone and halted pool repair until electricians could check it out. Don and Ben were great! They were professional, performed a thorough check of wiring of the pool equipment and circuit breaker box, checking for any dangerous current, explaining clearly what they were doing and what they found, and tested voltage safety when done. They patiently answered all my questions, identified some mislabeled circuit breakers and even some settings that could optimize other existing equipment. Finally, considerate of my concerns, they made sure the electrical components were working and safe to proceed with pool repair before they left. Very pleased with this experience. We will call on them again.
