  Tanner was an extremely helpful and qualified technician who came to the house to perform the routine service of my AC unit. He arrived on time, he was friendly, he was efficient, and did a great job on the service. Used a drop cloth under the stairs, wore his boot covers and was patient with me while I was working from home.

  While they were on time and the tech was respectful. This company is trying to make a killing off every customer. I was getting a quote for a backflow preventer installed at my main water meter. A straight forward job. While I understand labor isn't cheap and neither is the part but 4,025 is just outrageous 😳. The parts at most is 1100 and labor maybe 500 to 800. Stay away from these people there are plenty of small family owned plumbers who aren't trying to get rich off every job

  JP and Jose did a great job on the repairs and new toilet that were needed in my home. They were on time, professional, polite and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The prices are a bit higher than other companies, but having the yearly protection plan provides a discount. They did an excellent job, and I recommend them.

  Had work done that wasn’t needed which we paid $700 for than they tried to say we needed a new bathtub and quoted us $4000. We got a 2nd opinion and they found a Tiny hole in the bathtub which I got fixed for $250. Do not trust this company they lack the knowledge and will try to charge you for a problem that’s not there. Stay away!!! You guys should contact my wife Loan Pham and try to make things right she has been a loyal customer you you guys!

  I am a proud subscriber of their VIP program and have yet to have a single thread of disappointment! With that VIP service, I get a free Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC inspection annually which I had put off for far too long despite their repeated (but not annoying) attempts to get me on their schedule. Alas, I finally replied and they were able to schedule all 3 inspections the very next day! Starting off strong with Electrical, Daniel Sandate was a GEM! He was very thorough and was able to identify any electrical items that may give us trouble for our eventual home sale and that inspection. He gave very knowledgeable and thorough explanations and was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to welcome into our home! JP (John Parsons) wasn't far behind with the Plumbing inspection and wouldn't you just know it - also a PEACH! Identified some unnoticed issues and was just a wealth of knowledge! Before those two could finish, here comes Juan Chavez to take care of the big scary - HVAC. However, Bradbury came out last year for service and left me in fantastic shape with that needed repair and there thankfully just wasn't much to report on, but he was incredibly thorough and just a DOLL! It was really just a fantastic day of education and service and I appreciate that Bradbury really takes care of and is bringing up this next generation of skilled workers!! Their values have been evident in every interaction I've ever had company-wide!
