  I've had other technicians out to fix my ac. That was actually part of my problem, i think. I wish I would've called Bryant FIRST!!! He was very good at his job and it was obvious hes trustworthy. He knows what hes doing and he knows what hes talking about. Unfortunately I need a new ac system. Mine IS over 40 years old and the compressor finally quit on me. If i had it to do all over again, I would've called Bryant, FIRST. Seriously. If u need a great ac tech, definitely call Bryant! He knows what hes doing and has been truthful throughout this entire fiasco! I do recommend Bryant and this ac company!!! Call them!

  Our tech, Jimmy, did and excellent job! Fair price, quick service (here within 4 hours of a Monday morning phone call from us) and friendly service. Thanks for keeping us cool!

  My whole experience w/Ferrara's was exceptional. The representative who handled gathering all my information via my phone call was thorough & helpful. She has excellent communication skills. Bryant was excellent at his findings & explaining them to me in a way that made it easy to understand what he found. He fixed the problem in a timely manner & was on to his next job. Because of my experience from the initial call to final fix, Ferrara's is my go to for HVAC issues from this point forward.

  Taylor Eddings is the tech who came to check our AC because it wasn't cooling. After careful inspection, he said we probably had a freon leak. He replenished the freon and the AC started cooling again, However, Taylor said that at best this was a temporary fix. He said due to age and condition we were looking at a total system replacement. So, in knowledgeable and informative terms that I could understand,Tayor explained the details: the overall cost, payment options, what was being replaced, and the time it would take for the installation. There was no pressure, just the facts. Now, there won't be any suprises. Thanks Taylor!

  I had water issues coming from my upstairs A/C unit on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I called and requested an appointment for first thing Monday morning, not as an emergency. I was called around around 7:45am Monday morning and was told a technician (Garrett) was on his way. He came in, did a thorough inspection of my unit and fixed the problem. I have used Ferara’s several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Prompt, reliable company, thanks.
