- CCCarol CoxAug 21, 20265.0Bryant, James and Ryan gave exceptional service. Had a new A/C unit installed for my mom. They made sure she was taken care of immediately and cared about her needs in this Texas heat. Ryan was very thorough on the install. I would highly recommend this company.

Anybody that knows me knows I am very frugal and picky....I don't hand out compliments unless they're deserved. I will definitely recommend Ferrara's!

From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. Good customer service can completely change your experience with a business, and Brooke is a perfect example of that. She has the kind of personality that makes you want to come back. Ferrara’s definitely has a good one with her! Highly recommend!
