- AWAamir Williams5 days ago2.0Unfortunately, the technician (a very nice and friendly man) made a costly mistake of not loosening Allen bolts for refrigerant that ended up costing time, money, parts for me. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but that's ok as long as we own up to it and seek to make things right as much as we can. When I reached out to Bentley's they said they can't make it right because I didn't originally purchase the machine from them that I hired them for. Considering that I paid a large sum already for mostly service work, I didn't think that was fair or upright. Hopefully this practice will change in the near future. Overall, it was a costly experience that costed even more because of the mistake.
