They provided me with everything I asked for so that I felt comfortable in selecting them for my windows and doors. They provided references and explained how the windows were built. I had already researched the windows too. We had one hiccup with a measurement during installation and they had to re-order. They would not let me pay for what they had already done until that was corrected. Sherri was my project manager and she knows her stuff. Corny was the lead installer and he was careful and did a neat installation and cleaned up everything well. My windows and doors are beautiful and I hope they will serve me well for many years. I would definitely recommend Window World of Lubbock!
