  Excellent service ! Took time to go find the older part that fix the problem ! Seem concerned about high cost of the part but I was thrilled. They were able to just repair instead of tearing the wall down! 😁

  Found the leak right away, but didn't fix it. Needed to schedule an appliance repair the next day. Never heard of that before. Didn't appreciate the 3% surcharge for using a credit card.

  Service was on time, easy, quick and stayed to do one extra job! I had a leak and once he figured out it was an old connection to a pipe, he replaced it with a brand new pipe and removed the old oasis drinking water system as well! Thank you! You’re the best!

  I truly cannot say enough good things about Lubbock Leak Detectives. From the moment they came to my home, they were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly kind. They found the source of our slab leak, explained what needed to be done, and gave us a quote for the repair. Then, less than 30 minutes after leaving, they called me back and told me they were going to take care of the repair at no charge to us. I was honestly speechless. What they didn’t know was just how much of a blessing that phone call was to our family. Right before they came out to give us the quote, our AC had gone out too, and we are still dealing with that and trying to figure out how we’re going to get it taken care of. We were suddenly looking at two major home repairs at the same time, so when they called and told us they were taking care of the slab leak for us, I could have cried. They had absolutely no obligation to do that, and their kindness took an enormous weight off our shoulders at a time when we truly needed it. What impressed me just as much was how thorough they were. While they were here, they noticed another issue that wasn’t even the reason we called them. Instead of ignoring it, they actually tried to fix that for us too! The only reason they couldn’t finish that additional repair was because they didn’t have the specific replacement part they needed with them. We even tried to buy them lunch as a small way of saying thank you, and they wouldn’t accept that either. It is so rare to come across a company that genuinely seems to care about the people they are helping and not just the job in front of them. Lubbock Leak Detectives went so far above and beyond for our family that a five-star review honestly doesn’t feel like enough. If you need leak detection or plumbing work, call them. I would recommend Lubbock Leak Detectives without hesitation. They have absolutely earned our trust, our gratitude, and our future business. What may have simply felt like an act of kindness to them was a huge blessing to our family at exactly the moment we needed one. We will never forget it. I sincerely pray that God blesses Lubbock Leak Detectives abundantly—that He continues to bless this business with success, growth, favor, and more than enough in return for the kindness they have shown to others.
