  JT did fine to the extent of his knowledge of the problem. I’m not sure it is resolved however. Again, JT did a fine job given his knowledge of the issue. The next day, after JT had more experienced staff look at the problem John came out with JT and solved the problem; a bad seal in a valve. I’m thankful to everyone who helped make this right. Bravo Zulu

  I have not had a good experience with this company. Since they have installed my RO System, something has always messed up or stop working. At first, they would be out there fairly quickly but as time went on and I kept having issues with my system, the wait time started getting longer. I went 2 weeks without any good water just a few months ago, and then before that, I had an issue with my system and it took me a day and a half before I got to talk to someone about the issues. I don’t get calls back usually and with my recent issues, I have once again been without any good water for almost 2 weeks again. I have been rescheduled multiple times for the technician to come out and fix the issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I am going back to my community well.

  Kinetico has made the biggest difference in the quality of my water! This is the 3rd company we have tried for a water softener and RO system in 15 years and by far they are the best! The price and the service is unbeatable! James Jonas is the technician who comes out monthly and I receive photos of softener and RO system every time he services them. I could not be happier!

  The techs are usually great when they come out but wow the customer service and communication in and from the office is severely lacking and has been for years. Update: No appointment was confirmed with me. I received a random automated text saying an appointment had been scheduled for me. I had to call to cancel it because they picked a date that didn’t work for me. Not to mention they scheduled me for services I didn’t even ask for so I was glad I canceled. I was then told the following week’s schedule would be made on Friday and their scheduler would reschedule me then. Here we are over a week later and still no appointment. And all of this was after waiting over a month for them to call when the tech said he would let the office know to call. I was also told there was spec sheet they could email with all the details on which minerals are in the mineral filter and where they are sourced (for the RO). When I called again a different day and spoke with someone else, they were confused and said they don’t have anything like that and made me feel stupid for asking for such a thing. I’ve had hard water going through my house for 2 months now and my fixtures are getting ruined because these people can’t seem to communicate well with each other in the office OR with their customers. I have loved our softener and RO from day 1 (about 8 ago years now) and still do but every. single. time. we need something (which is not often) it’s a communication struggle. The fact that I took the time to write all this instead of calling their office says a lot. Calling the office is pretty much pointless, not like they help and not like they call back.

  My RO system stopped working in February. After I reported this, the management of Kinetico of West Texas sent their technician to my home for TWO consecutive service calls without any of the filters needed to fix my system. Finally, on April 21st, they gave him the bare minimum filters needed to make my system work again, but not the Perfecta or Arsenic Guard filters that the technician says my system still needs. In three seperate phone calls to Kinetico of West Texas over the past two months, I was repeatedly assured that they would mail me the filters I needed, so that I wouldn’t have to wait another month for the technician. This was an outright lie. We have come to expect this level of miserable customer service from Kinetico of West Texas management over the past decade, despite their friendly and helpful technicians. Update: James the technician has returned for our monthly service call. Once again, James was polite and efficient, and once again his management sent him here without the Perfecta and Arsenic Guard filters that my system needs. This is the willful disregard you can expect from Kinetico of West Texas.
