  This was my first time using Earl's Plumbing. They installed a new water heater. The price was great and the service was amazing! Kaleb and Skylar were professional and incredibly courteous. They went above and beyond to get the job done. I appreciate them and their work! Thank you!!

  Haven did a great job! He was nice and respectful. They finished the job in a timely matter and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be calling Earl’s in the future.

  Glenn McCarter did a phenomenal job! He fixed our AC and had our home cold again the very same day. He was extremely informative about the issues with our AC and even came back to make sure everything was working properly. We truly appreciate his excellent work, knowledge, and dedication. We would definitely recommend Earl’s! Thank you so much, Mr. Glenn!

  Apparently not an ethical company. They sent out a "plumber" to find and fix a leak. He found the leak but said he didn't know how to fix it. What plumber in Texas doesn't know how to fix a leak??? So, I get charged a $99 fee for him showing up. Next day, 2 more plumbers show up to fix the leak. They didn't have a part so had to go get it. After a few hours, they finally fixed the leak. Earls then has the gall to charge another $99 show up fee for these 2 guys to show up and fix the leak that the first plumber should have fixed!!! Home warranty companies around the country are getting sued by the DOJ. Now I know why, and soon Earl's will know why- unless they quit their racket trying to scam elderly people. UPDATE: Earls did thankfully and rightfully refund the second $99 show up fee. Thank you.
