  He himself did fine. It was the getting there. I got conflicting information. The office told me he had an emergency call before mine. I am not sure what emergency drain cleaning entails. When he got there an hour and a half late he told me that another call was put on him. No no emergency. Another call was put on him before mine. My question is why is someone else more important than me? I had already been called and agreed to meet him in a 15 minute span. I was at the rent house in a 15 minute span. And then waited an hour and 20 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes before his arrival. I understand Chris is his supervisor and I would like to know from Chris why someone else is more important than me Brenda Green.

  This place is the best. Incredibly courteous and professional. The type of business that puts customers and relationships first. I have no reason whatsoever to ever look for another plumbing service. I’ll be using Earl’s for every plumbing / heating issue in the future without a second thought.

  Friendly I messaged late at night they came next day and was on time the called before to say on the way. Was not able to fix it this visit Because there is a Blockage 4 foot down that they will have to dig under the floor but gave me a quick estimate. Help me to figure out an option for Payment and told me how long it would take to fix the problem..will use them to.fix

  I was in desperate need of a shower re-do. In addition to Earl's, I met with another national comparable product installer and a regular tile/grout contractor. I am so glad that I chose Earl's and am very pleased with my shower. Fred's presentation and explanation was thorough and explained everything from product choices to completion. The installers were careful and considerate of the house, covering the floors, and work areas outside. Any concern or question that I had was addressed or handled so that I was satisfied or happy. Plumbing, product installation, and adapting the walls and floor to what had to be minimally modified were all teamwork in every stage. I had a very good experience, from start to finish, with Earl's--plus I love that it's a local business.

  Sam was the technician. He was very nice courteous and professional. He explained everything he needed to do. he told methe pricing and what could go wrong if they could not get the part on the weekend so I would have no surprises fortunately he was able to get the parts needed to repair my AC he is a very good representative of Earl’s plumbing. I would definitely use Earls plumbing in the future. I am very pleased with the pricing and everything. OK, I let them go
