  BEST SEPTIC COMPANY IN LUBBOCK Great people. Great company. An absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a septic system company in the Lubbock area, read this—I feel like I’ve already done the homework for you. I recently had Brothers install a septic system on an existing lot with mature trees, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was one of the parts of our project I was least looking forward to, but they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. From the initial planning, they took the time to map out my property, carefully working around mature trees that I wanted to preserve. They were incredibly respectful of my property and paid attention to every detail. They considered existing utilities, sprinkler lines, future building plans, and found the best possible layout while minimizing disturbance to the yard. Their project manager stayed on top of everything throughout the entire job. Communication was excellent, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about doing the job right—not just getting it done. Before choosing Brothers, I met with the other companies I was considering. One came in at a similar price, but every interaction left me with little confidence that they would respect my timeline or be able to complete the work when I needed it. The third company’s proposal was dramatically more expensive and seemed to be designed for a project several times larger than mine. It felt like they were trying to build a system for an entire army rather than what my property actually required. Brothers, on the other hand, listened to my needs, recommended the right-sized system, provided a fair price, and understood the urgency of my build. From the time we agreed on the quote, they had the project scheduled and completed within a week—and the actual installation took just a little over a day. That level of responsiveness and efficiency is hard to find. Also want to mention the leveling and grading job after the system went in was also superb and very considerate for trying to maintain my yard. Finding contractors who genuinely care about their customers and treat your property like it’s their own isn’t always easy, but Brothers absolutely exceeded my expectations. They were professional, honest, efficient, and respectful every step of the way. If you’re looking for a septic company in the Lubbock area, save yourself the time of researching everyone else and call Brothers first. I can confidently say they’ve earned my business for life, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone needing a septic system.
