  Ed Querner did an amazing job for us today. He came out promptly, gave us estimates, didn't sugarcoat anything, and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need. Ed was transparent about the work and process. Working with Ed was an easy process Zeus Robinson and Izzy Hernandez did an amazing job installing! They laid protective covering over my floors, covered their shoes, and vacuumed the floor after picking everything up. They showed me how to operate the system and was mindful of my pets. Amazing team, thanks guys!!

  Absolutely Outstanding Service! My mom’s AC unit recently went out, and after struggling with company after company, we were so relieved when Mike from Activision came through. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. Mike took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. He went over every possible detail and made sure there were no surprises along the way. Most importantly, he found the solution to the problem and got our AC taken care of when we really needed it. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure their customers feel comfortable and informed. Mike is not only great at what he does, but he is also a genuinely great person. After all the frustration we had experienced with other companies, Mike truly came through for us! We are incredibly grateful for his hard work, honesty, and dedication. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your AC, I highly recommend Mike! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Juan & Jayden were both very courteous, professional and explained everything they were doing when installing our new AC unit. They both worked very hard & diligently ensuring the AC unit was installed properly. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family. If we ever need work done again Action Air will be the business we call for all of our air, plumbing & septic needs.

  We had a great experience with Action Air! Ed was wonderful to work with, he helped get everything set up very quickly and took the time to answer all our questions. Juan did an excellent job installing our new AC and making sure everything was working properly before he left. They were professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. We really appreciate the fast service. I highly recommend Action Air.

  Brandon was very friendly and polite. He and his partner introduced themselves with a hand shake (rare to see these days). He explained the issue my water heater was having. The job did not take long as I thought it would. Also his partner (I forgot his name) was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend you guys. Also Jennifer and Monica were great setting the work order around my schedule. I am very pleased. Thank you!
