- BEBrittney Everett2 days ago3.0The guy that came out was amazing and respectful. The price was fair. The problem and the reason I gave a 3 star is because the equipment that was needed to snake the pipe to help clear a clog didn’t work and he kept apologizing for the equipment not working, I asked if they could come down on price and he said he was told “No”. Which is unfair and im not happy about at all. He used 2 different snakes which were extremely thick, He wasn’t able to unclog the pipe from our kitchen drain. I have no issue with the guy he was extremely sweet.

Even stayed late to finish install. Been back two times in the last 10 months for routine system inspections. Professional every time. Highly recommend.

When my unit had a refrigerant link or had manufacturing defects, Juan and Zeus very quickly came out to fix it. They were kind and flexible and worked to ensure that the eventual leak was fixed. I am glad that I chose them to install the unit, and I strongly recommend them to anyone else in the Lubbock area.
- AFAlyssa FullerMay 3, 20265.0We are so appreciative for John and his “rescue”. Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain but being between checks we had to wait close to two weeks to call someone out. It had gotten to the point where the sink just wasn’t usable. John was working on it and couldn’t get it draining so he called out another worker. Together they got the issue resolved relatively quickly. Having our kitchen sink back feels like a luxury having gone without it. Thank you!!!
