  Listen, if you are a first time home buyer who has nooooo clue what they are doing when it comes to ac units, with 2 kids and being a woman lol. These are the people you need to reach, I had the pleasure of having ED in my home and not only did he help in numerous ways to make every situation to be financially available for me, he walked me through what the issues were at hand and what could potentinally come after (we have a very old unit lol) he didnt hassle me or try and sale me on anything. He was just another person who cared and provided every scenario to me as clear as I could understand. You cannot find customer service like I recieved today anywhere and ED not only saved the day but made our day! Thank you and I highly recommend

  I wanted to take the time recognize Josiah Rivero and Action Air Plumbing and Septic. We had to call Action because our kitchen sink drain was backing up. After trying to auger the drain myself, I knew it was beyond my capabilities. Action Air Plumbing and Septic sent Josiah to diagnose and correct our problem. He was a very knowledgeable professional. He explained the cause of our problem was the slow accumulation of grease and food and debris from years of use in the house. Our house is 22 years old, of which we have owned for 6. Josiah used two different machines to tackle the quite ridiculous clog that had developed in our drain system. Throughout the process he, explained how he diagnosed the issue, and what tools he was using to correct the problem. After an "embarrassing" amount of time it took to clear our issue, he visually showed us with a fiber optic camera that the drain was clear and working properly. He also gave us tips on products we could use to help keep buildup from accumulating again. Josiah is a kind, and consummate professional. Action Air Plumbing and Septic definitely hires the right people to service their customers. They will always be our go to provider when we need our home serviced. I would highly recommend both Action Air Plumbing and Septic and especially Josiah Rivero for your homes needs!

  After years of sitting in this heat summer after summer dreaded for it to come I can finally sit here and look forward to the summer heat with a whole new system! From the lady who answered the phone for me who was so helpful and was able to get me seen the very next day, the techs who came to check out my issues with current unit, the finance agent Adrian who came the same day as well, and now the installers Juan and Eric who just left. My family and I are so happy!!! The whole experience was very professional, any questions I had were answered. Everything was clean and organized just how I like it. They thought of situations I may run into in the future and made it clear and accessible around my new unit to make my life easier. The work they put in today was definitely 5 stars!

  Expert, Cost-Effective & Efficient Ryan from Action Air Plumbing & Septic was a blessing. He is a journeyman plumber who knows his trade and completes his job masterfully and with much friendliness. He gave me warranty options to choose from that were less than or comparable to other businesses I'd researched in the area. The family-run company was also very friendly and efficient. Everyone I came in contact with were both kind and professional, and Ryan came to my house in less than 24 hours for a non-emergency job. Thank you all for your stellar service! Blessings!

  Our AC was making pretty loud noises and is an undersized unit that was installed by the prior owners, and it wasn't keeping up with the recent heat so I figured it was probably about to go out, so I called Action Sunday and they sent their guys out the very next morning. Super nice guys who fully explained options and the pros and cons of each, so we decided to replace the HVAC system and Action's installation team were out the very next morning to get it all resolved replacing the indoor unit in the attic and the outdoor unit and now things are working great! EVERYONE who I dealt with at Action--on the phone and in person, was very polite, friendly and helpful, and everyone on the crew wore shoe covers anytime they were in the house as well as putting down thick plastic to protect the floors where they were coming and going. It's not cheap to replace an HVAC system, granted, but we had the HVAC replaced in another house outside of Dallas back in 2017 and it was several thousand more for a smaller unit in a smaller house, so Action's pricing is very fair. Highly recommended!
