  I don’t know how Seth did. i was not home if and when he was here. i did not see him! i will know more the next time the power goes out. if the power is off and the generator starts up , then he did well. if the power is on and the generator is on, well, he didn’t do too well. what can i say… if we were having a ‘brown out’ here and the generator came on, well, he did well. might have saved some motors here from burning up. time will tell…

  We were scheduled for our annual maintenance on our Generac Total Home Generator. As advised, Marc called me about 2 hours before arrival to let me know when to expect him. Then he contacted me again 10 minutes away. Upon arrival he went straight to work. I asked if he needed me for anything because I wasn’t feeling well and he said there wasn’t anything for me sign. When he was finished, he called me as he was leaving to let me know he was done. I like that level of communication keeping me informed without guessing. Thank you Marc for taking good care of us once again.

  Marc did a great job getting my unit back on line. He was helpful and effective in educating me on the units operations. He suggested surge protestors which my unit did not have. He was knowledgeable, helpful and effective in all aspects of the service. Highly recommend him.

  Marcus arrived at my home about 6:30 PM (he had been diverted to an emergency down situation). He explained this and was very methodical and precise during the maintenance on mine and my dads Generac Generator. He followed the procedures for photographing original unit, serial number, and settings on our generators, before and after pictures including consumed materials such as spark plugs, oil filters, batteries, and oil cans. Very pleasant and customer friendly. He did an excellent job, Thanks!!! My only concern was using the oil filter wrench to tighten the oil filter which left visible marks. He noted that this was a directive by his manager to prevent the oil filters from backing off the spindle while the generator was running. Thanks Again!

  Marc was on time, professional and very friendly. He did a thorough job maintaining our generator and completely answered all our questions. He spent a good amount of time checking out our generator and replacing obsolete parts and changing out the old stuff. He even signed us up for another service contract. One more thing off my plate! Thanks, Marc!
