  Ethan, explained what he would be doing and completed the job as it was supposed to be. Ethan is a very nice young man and thanks to Ron who sent him on this project. I am satisfied with his work!

  The technician called to let me know when he would be. He showed up when he said he would. He called me when finished and told me what was done. Very polite and punctual. I've had nothing but great experiences with the entire company.

  Kevin worked diligently to put the machine back in service. He even pulled in help over FaceTime. They identified the issue to be a faulty controller which Kevin did not have in his truck. He said he would do his best the get the machine to respond if there was another power failure before someone could install a controller which were in stock. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional. I’m only puzzled by the fact that the best the company can do, knowing the machine is likely out of service, is to schedule another appointment for some time on Friday. I just thought someone would be back to install the part the next day as in today.

  Referred to Tri-State by neighbor. Called for generator repair after major storm over a weekend. Michael Davis arrived less than two hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Michael gave a thorough explanation of diagnosis, and what actions would be taken to correct the problem. He then went to work and had the generator up and running in just over an hour. The cost for the visit and repair were very affordable. Mr. Davis was a complete professional, pleasant to work with, and an asset to Tri-State Water, Power, and Air. We will be using this company for our generator service going forward. Scott Smith
